Realm Swift crashes in every controller ( signal SIGABRT)

When I try to use Realm it just crashes, doesn't matter if I initialize it in the AppDelegate or in a ViewController Realm just Crashes.

I've tried to reinstall the pod and to Initialize Realm in each ViewController, also to get it out of the Do-Catch block, but it throws the same error.
