My account is showing cancelled status after failed payment. It asks me to add new payment method, which I did. But its still showing account cancelled and contact support.
I sent about 2-3 mails and opened a ticket on urgent priority . But its been 2-3 days no response, no reply anything.
I cannot use my instances and my customer have been affected.
Please where should I request or is admin/mod here to look at the problem?
